E-Poster Presentation Guideline

- We accept E-Poster Presentation for all participants in ASCS 2020 congress.
- All E-Poster Presentation must have abstracts and must be submitted both abstract together with E-Poster file via e-mail : [email protected]
- All abstracts must be written in English, including the title, abstract text, names of the authors, affiliations, figure and graph.
- Abstracts should contain original material that has neither been published nor presented at another International meeting at the time of submission. In addition, abstracts should not be submitted to international meetings which take place before the ASCS 2020. However, abstracts submitted to, or presented at, local and national meetings may be submitted. If applicable, the abstract should state: "This research has been approved by an ethical committee".
- Please proofread your abstract before the submission deadline.
Abstract Submission will be accepted till 20th January 2020 31 January 2020.
You will be notified about the decision on your abstract by 25th January 2020 7th February 2020.
A confirmation of the receipt of abstract will be sent to the submitter by e-mail.
- The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail to the submitter.
- Upon acceptance of your abstract, the presenting author is expected to register and present the abstracts at the Oral Session or Poster Presentation. The abstract will be published in the congress abstract e-book only if the presenting author is registered with full payment by January 31, 2020 February 7, 2020

Abstract Structure & Character Limit
- The title should be written in initial capital/ lower case form, not all capital within 40 words.
- Author and co-authors’ name should be surname-last format, initial capital/ lower case, not all capitals.
- Only up to 15 authors including a presenting author will be listed in each abstract.
- Author and co-authors’ affiliation should contain institution, city and country.
- The abstract should be as informative as possible. The abstract text for the original article should include: Background and Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Keywords(3 to 6) within 300 words (without a table, figure or graph) or within 250 words (with a table, figure or graph).
- One table, figure or graph can be included in one abstract and must be cited in the abstract text.

- The E-poster have to be 1 picture and will be displayed on standard 55” (Diagonal) LCD
- File format should be photo as JPG or PDF file format.
- Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5 MB.
- Poster should be in landscape format (16 : 9 ratio)
- Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static JPG or PDF format only
- The E-poster needs to be created as per below :
- The text should include (most likely as separate elements of the poster) Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion and Acknowledgements
- The poster should be self explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized
- It is suggested that font size of the text should be at least 26 to 36 point. The typeface chosen should be a simple and clear one (e.g. Helvetica)
- The correct font size depends greatly on the fonts used in the ppt and the thumb rule should be that if its visible well on the computer screen it shall be visible on the E-Poster Display Screen.
